Born in India, Sameera's musical background is culturally diverse. In childhood she was taught in the classical Kheyal style by her mother, Satinder Kaur, a renowned vocalist and sitar player from the Punjab. She went on to become arguably the UK's BEST ASIAN FEMALE SINGER. She has worked with the likes of India’s top playback singer, Asha Bhonsle, and rap artist Apache Indian. She has many albums to her credit, the latest being “Homegrown” by music producer Punjabi by Nature. Sameera tours many countries with her accomplished band, bringing pleasure to the ears of her ever increasing audience base with her melodious and versatile voice.
